A Wayleaves is automatically created when a path is created across a property boundary.
The default is 'Required', and this can be modified via the Wayleave form.
When a Wayleave has been Accepted then the number is expected to be entered to link up the approval with it's documentation.
The Wayleave status is shown not just in the tree, but also the on the map with a unique colouring.
Ducting can not be modified when the Wayleave is Live
In other words when the status is Accepted and Applied For it is locked.
The ducting can be modified whist Required, and also when Rejected in order to move it out of the boundary.
