Creating Contact Details is optional, but is beneficial if alarms need to be sent to this particular individual.
To add user contact details select the Add button and select whether to enter Email or Telephone details.
Make sure you tick Enabled? to allow the user to receive email notifications.
The email address entered under Add Email pop-up will receive all Alarms flagged from the selected Alarms via email.
Location will allow the user to receive all Alarms flagged from the specified location.
Select Work Rota to select the times when the user is required to receive the Emails.
Select Add to save.
The mobile number entered under Add Telephone pop-up will receive all Alarms flagged from the selected Alarms via SMS/text.
This option will require server configuration.
The Contact Details can be modified at any time.
The pop-up will present selecting the row that requires editing.
